Exchange / Credit / Return / Refund Policy 

 

Dear customer we accept exchange requests, 1) In case of size issues or 2) If the product has any kind of defect. We make sure we provide you apt description of the product along with the type of fabric, print, care and wash instructions along with closest appearing photographs of the product, for your better judgement. Please bear in mind, appearance of photograph is subjective to the various types screens of the devices. 

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

We insist you that orders of which packaging is damaged, or seal broken should not be accepted from the delivery executive. We are sorry that any such consignment, if accepted, cannot be exchanged.

Special sale items and customised orders (applicable for domestic as well as international orders) are non- exchangeable. 

Please note, We, Kayati.in will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against exchange arising due to erroneous input by the customers. We understand that the customer takes a complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.

  1. If the requested exchange is out of stock from our inventory, or if we are not able to satisfy the request by any other means, then a credit note will be issued of the amount deducting the shipping charges. We appreciate your cooperation here to validate all the facts as per our due diligence process to address the dispute.
  1. Just incase a suitable exchange isn’t available, Kayati credits will be issued only after receiving the product in-order at our warehouse/source dispatch location, and found to be the same product originally dispatched, duly ascertained by our quality-check process related to the tag, barcode and product. Any discrepancy found in the returned product with respect to tag, barcode and product mismatch, which validates the return of a wrong product, will not be eligible for exchange. The same condition of non-eligibility exchange will apply, if the product is found in damaged/used condition as against your declaration of the product being unused.  The balance credits will be valid as long as the customer deletes his/ her account.

  3. Please allow us 7 days from the date of receiving the product, to update the status of your exchange items.

5.Pickup shall be arranged at the shipping address mentioned  in the order details only. Please note shipping of 200 INR per item, will be charged before we dispatch the requested Exchange. The shipping will not be charged if the product is found at defect from our, Kayati.in’s side.

6.  ( If applicable in a different scenario - for example if the customer isn’t available at his/ her original shipping address)* - If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items directly sent back to us without intimation of exchange request will not be accepted. Please note that returns for exchange will need to be sent to the address below after accepting the exchange request.

We, Kayati.in will not be liable for the products sent back by mistake. If an extra or a different product is sent back by mistake, Kayati.in would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the customer.

Damages and issues :
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We assure a perfect product without any defect before we deliver each item but still, if the customer found it defective in that case we offer an exchange (No Refund). Kindly note, any intimation after 72 hours of the attempted delivery, will not be considered.
