Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (if applicable) 

Kayati’s products are handcrafted using fabrics which are made using natural fibres, vegetable dyes and commercial dyes striving for best colour properties. The subtle variations in colour, texture and finish are intrinsic to hand made products. Our products involve crafts-based traditions of hand spinning, dying, weaving, wood block printing and embroidery. An irregular weave or print is not a defect - handloom by definition means uncertainty when it comes to uniformity. Due to the techniques used in printing, Reds and Blues tend to bleed, which is common. Please always wash like colours together in cold water, do not scrub and dry inside out in the shade. 

Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.

The images of the products on the website are for display purposes and we have tried our best to illustrate every detail of all our products. Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, unfortunately sometimes the device displays the colors slightly differently with respect to our original product. Your product may vary slightly from the original images. 

We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. 

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited. 

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected. 


PAYMENTS, ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION 

Your order will be accepted when you will receive a confirmation email from us which will include details about your order. At this point, you are bound to be in a contract with us and we will take payment in full.  If we are unable to accept your order, we will email you accordingly.

All prices on our website are displayed in Indian rupees. 

Product Prices are as displayed on our website and are can be changed without notice. 

If any item is priced incorrectly we have the right to supply it at the correct price and for that, we will inform you before delivery.

Discount codes are stand-alone and are not able to be used in conjunction with any other code or offer available at the time. Kayati has the right to stop or cancel or withdraw a promotion at any time. Discount codes do not apply to any pre-order items.

Credits will be valid until the customer deletes their account.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. 


YOU AGREE AND CONFIRM

  • To provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. 
  • That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by Kayati for redelivery shall be claimed from you. 
  • That you will use the services provided by Kayati, its affiliates and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Site and transacting on the Site. 
  • You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. Kayati reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), Kayati has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar you from using the Services of Kayati and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
  • That you are accessing the services available on this Site and transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this Site.
  • That the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects. 
    That before placing an order you will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description.  


You may not use the Site for any of the following purposes:

  • Disseminating any unlawful, harassing, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.

Kayati may at any time modify the Terms & Conditions of Use of the site without any prior notification to you. You can access the latest version of the User Agreement at any given time on Kayati.in. You should regularly review the Terms & Conditions on Kayati.in. In the event the modified Terms & Conditions is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified Terms & Conditions of Use of this site.
