Shipping policy

Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Saturday only. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day. 

Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed by additional .. business days.

Deliveries may take up to 7-14 business days. In some cases, it may take longer, depending on your location. Made to Order/ Orders with customisation might take slightly longer to dispatch due to workmanship of the product. The same will be informed to you via email. Due to high rush too, there might be a delay. We are doing everything to get your order delivered on time, we appreciate your patience and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.

The customer has to bear the cost to re-ship the item if the customer requests an exchange.

International duties and taxes:

Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination.

Please note that many countries charge varied import duties, customs charges and taxes on shipped items. All such additional charges are to be directly borne by the customer upon delivery. Hence, it is advisable to check your country’s taxes policies before placing an order with us because, once the order is placed, we do not offer returns or cancellations for international orders.

If the customer does not accept or does not pay any such customs charges for their international orders, under any circumstances, we shall not be liable for product exchanges/returns or payment refunds. Unless if the customer returns the product at his/her own expense that is including everything, return shipping charges, duties and any taxes (if applicable), and if the product reaches us within the regulations mentioned in our refund & return policy, that is considering the duration, condition of the product, original receipt and packaging, tags, product unworn and unwashed we shall process the refunds upon checking as mentioned in our return and refund policy, with deduction of 20% handling fees.
